Zergikun's right, the difference is slight... However, I do see that in the newest version... it is more 'defined', so to speak -- you really know what you're going for. That's how I can describe it

I guess the similarities were intentional...I even kept the same color palette. But I wanted to refine all the subtleties like anatomy, line weight, etc. I guess when you reach a certain age your work settles out. I always use Jim Lee as reference...and though I always see slight variation in his work, you'll always identify it as "his". I dream to reach his paradigm

Maturity rocks.
Some artists you see a slight revamp with this kind of meme, and I do mean slight. You can see a difference here. Line art is refined, lighting (shading, what is it?) is better, and I like the miscellaneous bottom designs. Kind of like a fashion design.
